In accordance with Management directives, this position provides direct professional support to the EMServices group, as well as, indirect support to Machine sales, Product Support, and the Rental divisions.  Provides direct support for the EMServices Manager.

Essential Functions:

This position mandates that the employee be able to perform the following functions:

- Maintain, generate, and reconcile accurate monthly contractual invoices to Caterpillar and customers

- Collect and accurately assemble multiple types of digital, physical, and verbal information

- Regularly update and maintain information in DBSi, and other data base repositories

- Regularly analyze dealer and Caterpillar data to create, update, and distribute accurate reports

- Communicate professionally with customers, Caterpillar and CB personnel as needed to support EMServices

- Regularly create leads in CRM for salesman to support CSA expirations, renewals and new opportunities

- Review, maintain, update, and create multiple Excel files for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting

- Accurately maintain digital files, and create/maintain files and folders on network drives

- Use existing systems to identify new machines sold with CSA or Connectivity offerings

- Proficiency with Caterpillar web sites and information

- Maintain confidential file storage and documentation

- Serve as back-up support for other positions within the EM group

- Perform other duties as required

Education, Knowledge, and Skills Required:

 - Advanced computer skills

- Experience with DBSi, Caterpillar software suites, Microsoft Office applications, including spreadsheet, word processing and databases

- Work independently while carrying out assignments of varying complexity

- Solid abilities in customer support and verbal interaction with contractual customers, CB sales force and Caterpillar

- Three or more years of administrative support experience, demonstrating ability to quickly learn to use various computer systems is strongly preferred

- Associates degree in a business or technical discipline or, an appropriate combination of education, skills and experience acceptable to the company
