The Rental Sales Rep's primary objective is to increase rental revenue market share In our Harrisburg territory by growing existing customers' rental revenue spend, as well as, increasing active customer base through new account acquisition.

Responsibilities:
- Perform daily jobsite sales calls growing active account base and rental revenue
- Identify customer's needs and react appropriately while understanding the market conditions and local competitors pricing
- Build a diversified customer base to include industrial, traditional and non-traditional accounts
- Exceed all established revenue and account growth goals
- Must be willing to support customers' after hours needs
- Work cohesively with other reps and departments

Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications:
- Previous Rental Sales experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to effectively work with co-workers
- Able to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Effective reasoning decision making abilities
- Proven planning, problem-solving, communication and negotiation skills
- Proven presentation skills and ability to demonstrate effective sales orientation
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Practical experience using Word, Excel, and Power Point programs
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education preferred
